				Hi Nigel,
congratulation for your wonderful Arni and the pictures. You are having one with the new interior in oak and all is original, means shower cabin and the additional roof window are fitted by Arnold. The brochures show only the original equipment from about 1982. The newer interior was first build by an employee of Arnold and was later as option available. The first car with oak interior is actually owned by ogli.

				Hello Nigel,
I will try to answer you in english.
That is the first time i see an roof hatch on this place in our cars. But Arnold has build the motorhomes how customer wished.
The bathroom was build by Arnold, but there are many changes been made.
I would not remove the bathroom and the cupboard, because it may be that the roof will not be strong enough.
Many greetings from Germany
Ludwig

Hi, I'm really happy I have the new oak and that it is original. I have owned my Arnold since September 2011. I was going to renovate and then use it, but I also bought a smaller moterhome in January 2012 and then used that instead. Now the time has come for me to complete my renovation and to finally use my Arnold. The mileage is still the same as when I bought it and it has not been started / fired up at all since August 2012. Today I fitted a new battery, I tuned the key and within 1 second the Arnold started and sounded perfect

I now have more love for my Arnold and my appreciation has grown very strong for how excellent she is.
I have slept in her many times because she is in my driveway. I dream of traveling in the now and visiting many places in Europe.
Here are some pictures of some of my renovation so far:
