Wo hast Du denn die Rollo-Kombi für die Küche her?

Hallo Arnoldfreunde,

mein Bruder hat einmal Firmenintern sich ein Angebot für 10 Endkappen geben lassen.
Farbe :schwarz
Material: ABS
Menge :10 Stück
Preis : 198,54

Ich persönlich halte das Angebot für zu Hochpreisig. Erklärt sich natürlich aus der hohen Druckzeit und der Amortisation des Druckers. Benötigt werden minimum 4Stück, mit Heckpartie 6 Stück. Ab Herbst habe ich wieder Filament und einen verbesserten Drucker und könnte sie zum Selbstkostenpreis anbieten. Sollte dann ungefähr bei 100 € liegen. Es passen 6 Stück auf die Printkonsole. Die Pattex Klebestreifen haben das richtige Maß gehören aber nicht zum Lieferumfang. Auch Versandkosten sind nicht enthalten. Ich selbst verdiene nichts und will nur meine reinen Unkosten gedeckt sehen.

Ich könnte ebenfalls 3D-Druck anbieten und würde gern mal schauen, was mich der Spass kostet.

Hi All.

I can imagine to print those in ABS but I think there are better filaments out there as of now than ABS.
I am currently in talks with an inventor of a new material for 3D-Printing. This is as easy to print as PLA but has higher temperature range than ABS. It is as well stronger than ABS and does not suffer from occasional weak layers (at least I have found that to be a common problem with ABS-prints).

If the new material turns out to be UV-resistant, I think that's the one to go with;-)

Regarding the print cost (pure cost without work time...) I have calculated roughly 7,-€ per part - when I have the model itself I will be able to give a more precise number.

Unfortunately 3D-Printing is still a rather new technique.
Promising but also still challenging.
Test-prints and "trial & error" are daily business as of now and even increase the cost, if you think commercial...

P.S.: I do not think that normal PLA is a material to choose for this.
First of all it get's soft around 50°C (which you may easily reach during summer time, esp. when the part is black), second it is not really UV-stable. Painting may help, but I would choose something different.
